The 2022 Bolt EV comes standard with One Pedal Driving, a system that uses the accelerator pedal to both speed up and slow down the vehicle, even bringing it to a complete stop. This system takes advantage of regenerative braking which converts energy created by braking into a charge for your Bolt EVs batteries.

Never fear running out of a charge, thanks to the myChevrolet Mobile App with Energy Assist. The myChevrolet App monitors your vehicle in real-time, calculating the remaining battery range based on driving conditions and habits. The best part about the myChevrolet Mobile App? It points you in the direction of the nearest public charging station and with over 40,000 charging stations available you’ll always be covered.
If you’re travelling below 50 mph during the daytime, Front Pedestrian Braking will assist you in avoiding or reducing the severity of a front-end pedestrian collision. This system does have limited usage during nighttime and low visibility situations.
Receive a warning when Forward Collision Alert and Automatic Emergency Braking detect an impending collision with the vehicle in front of you. Automatic Emergency Braking will assist in avoiding collisions by applying heavy braking when its camera technology detects an oncoming collision, as well as enhance the drivers heavy braking ability below 50 mph.
