This impressive powertrain delivers highway fuel economy as little as 8.0 L/100 km, as well as Best-in-Class Diesel Towing of up to 12,560 lb (5,697 kg).
The 2021 Ram 1500 is available with a choice of five engines: the 305-hp PentastarTM 3.6 L VVT V6, the 395-hp 5.7 L HEMI® V8, the 5.7 L HEMI V8 with eTorque technology, the 3.0 L EcoDiesel with Best-in-Class torque of 480 lb-ft, and the astonishing 6.2 L Supercharged HEMI V8 with Best-in-Class horsepower and torque – 702 hp and 650 lb-ft.
The 2021 Ram 1500 Classic is a light-duty pickup truck based on the heritage Ram DS platform, consisting of 5 trim levels including Tradesman, Express, SLT, Night Edition and Warlock. The 3.6 L PentastarTM VVT V6 is standard and a 395-hp 5.7 L HEMI® V8 is available. Part-time 4×4 drivetrain is also available.
The 2021 Ram 1500 is available in either Quad-Cab or Crew-Cab configurations. Quad-Cab models typically offer top-of-the- line payload and towing capacities while Crew-Cab models feature Best-in-Class rear-seat legroom and interior storage, and Class-Exclusive reclining rear seats. Both feature four entry doors.
The 2021 Ram 1500 Classic Tradesman is a work-oriented, entry-level pickup with a 3.6 L PentastarMC V6 engine and Uconnect® 3 multimedia system. The Ram 1500 Classic Express includes additional standard equipment like fog lamps, remote keyless entry and 17-inch aluminum wheels.
